I have lung cancer, so it’s a matter of quality of life not quantity, I have been training with Danny for 15 weeks. Before I started training I found walking a couple of hundred meters to the car (some days)  I sounded like Puffing Billy, now I’m walking most days 3 kms with one of the girls at lunch time. I’m never going to be like I was, but the improvement is pretty fantastic. I still sound like Puffing Billy sometimes but that has a lot to do with climate change.

I really enjoyed the sessions, there was good variety and I felt we could work at our own level which was great.
